Youth Fitness
Helping your child get fit – and stay fit – provides a foundation for a healthy life.
That’s why we developed YouthFit, a series of two-week fitness programs designed especially for kids ages 10 through 17.
We’ll explore all aspects of fitness, from proper weight training technique, to fitness program design and implementation, to healthy diet and nutrition. Working with an Absolutely Fit certified personal trainer your child will learn challenging and fun exercises to enhance his or her aerobic capacity, flexibility, coordination, muscle strength, and muscle endurance. Each one-hour session will have a different focus designed to teach your child the fun and benefits of proper fitness.
