Ski Conditioning
Truth is, no matter what you do for fitness on an everyday basis, you need to revamp your focus to be ready for the slopes. This six-week program will fine tune legs, core, and upper body to have you ready to hammer opening day.
The program will help you develop muscle strength, muscle endurance, core stability, cardiovascular endurance, and increase agility and speed. Using exercise training basics to determine foundation strength and range of motion, we will progress to complex lifts and then plyometric conditioning to enhance the explosive muscle response needed to be ready to head for the hills for the best ski season ever.
