If you are serious about a long-distance event, this program is for you. Whether you are training for your first competition or looking to better your time, we can help bring out your true potential and show it on event day.
Our programs range from beginner to elite and are client specific. After an in-depth consultation, your program will be designed to increase your VO2 and bring your performance to a peak on race day. We follow up with weekly correspondence to help keep you focused and motivated. If necessary, your program can be updated on an as-needed basis, depending on the status of your training.
