Walk. Run. Jump. Turn. Movement is vital to an active lifestyle and everyday living. Unfortunately, due to improper flexibility, many of us do not move efficiently and effectively. This results in unnecessary tightness in our joints and muscles and many times can lead to injury. Through our flexibility program, you will:
